    Very kind & professional. Our whale shark dive with another operator was cancelled for high winds & was moved to clash with our Navy Pier dive day. We chose whale sharks & thus couldn't do Navy Pier. They sent us a lovely email & very kindly gave us an 80% refund even when they could've kept the lot. Give em a go, they're good folk.
